WHAT IS GOLD FILLED?
All of our adult bracelets are an industry standard size of approx. 7 inches. Our bracelets are designed with comfort in mind and should fit comfortably.
For smaller or larger sizes for any of the bracelets in your order, please leave a comment with your preferred size at checkout in the order comment box.
WHEN WILL MY FIRE FILLY ORDER SHIP?
All jewelry is handmade to order and is shipped within 2-4 business days of purchase. When your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking # and confirmation.
HOW DO I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We are committed to our clients and want you to be happy. You have 15 days from the day of receiving your jewelry to notify Fire Filly about wanting to return. If you are not satisfied with your order in any way please contact us at email@example.com and we will work with you to either exchange your item for another or issue a full refund depending on the issue you are having.
WHAT IF MY PRODUCT ARRIVES DAMAGED?
If and when your receive your order and there is any physical damage to any item, please take a clear close-up picture of the damage and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will quickly get a replacement item rushed out to you at no additional cost. This is very rare, but we are willing and able to take care of it in the event that this occurs.
CAN MY FIRE FILLY JEWELRY GET WET?
As tempting as it is to bathe or swim with your jewelry on, we strongly encourage that you do not get them wet as it can damage the crystals, stones, sterling silver or gold filled metals over time. See our Jewelry Care Page for more detailed care suggestions.
DO YOU SHIP TO ALASKA, HAWAII, PUERTO RICO, AND OTHER U.S. TERRITORIES?
No, at this time, we only ship to the 48 contiguous states.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
At this time, we only ship to one international country - Canada.
